"Winad" is the trading name of Daniel Aguiar's website and marketing service. "You" means the operator or business engaging Winad. These terms apply to every service listed below and to the free demo that comes before them.

The exact scope of your project is confirmed in writing before work begins. Anything not in that agreed scope is a separate conversation.
Before you pay anything, Winad will rebuild your homepage as a working demo so you can see the quality and speed for yourself. There's no charge and no obligation for the demo. If you don't want to continue after seeing it, we simply part ways.
Project work (Sprint or Full Rebuild) is split 50% at signing and 50% at launch. The first 50% confirms the booking and starts the work; the final 50% is due when the rebuilt site is ready to go live. Monthly plans and ad-management fees are billed monthly.
Within 30 days of launch, Winad re-runs the same audit used at the start. The commitment is simple: your rebuilt site outscores the named competitors we agreed on up front, or Winad keeps working on it at no additional cost until it does.
To be clear about what this guarantee is not: Winad does not sell or promise specific Google rankings. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position in Google's results, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something they can't deliver. The guarantee is about measurable site quality against a defined benchmark — not about search-engine placement.
When you're on a monthly plan (Care or Growth), Winad reserves your niche in your market for you — Winad won't take on a directly competing operator in the same market while your plan is active. This exclusivity is tied to the monthly plan: it holds for as long as the plan does. (Separately, and permanently, Winad does not work with motorcycle tour operators at all — that category is reserved for MotoDreamer. Adjacent businesses like track days, riding schools, and moto logistics are eligible.)
The Care and Growth plans are always your choice — never automatically added, never a default. You can start on a project alone with no ongoing plan. If you do take a plan, you can cancel it anytime; cancellation ends the plan and the market-exclusivity that comes with it going forward. There's no long-term lock-in.
For paid-ads work, your advertising budget is paid by you directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, and so on) using your own accounts. Winad's fee is for managing the campaigns and is separate from the ad spend itself. Winad never marks up or takes a cut of your media budget.
Once your project is paid in full, the rebuilt website is yours — the site and its content belong to you. Winad may use pre-existing tools and general techniques on future projects, but your site is yours to keep, move, or hand to anyone else.
Winad delivers the services with genuine care and professional skill, but can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue, booking volume, or search rankings, which depend on many factors outside anyone's control. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Winad's total liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the amount you paid Winad for the specific service the claim relates to. Winad isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Winad may update these terms over time. The current version governs new work. If a change materially affects an active engagement of yours, Winad will let you know.
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, and any dispute will be handled under Colombian jurisdiction.
