About · Daniel Aguiar

I build the systems behind adventure businesses.

Marketing strategist, designer and automation builder. I've run marketing at MotoDreamer since 2018 — a real motorcycle adventure operator — and everything Winad sells is something I operate there first.

01 · The realization

I'm not visiting this industry. I work in it.

Through MotoDreamer I've lived the whole thing from the inside: international tours, the customer experience, the content, the ad campaigns, and the operational mess that comes with running an adventure business — seasons, cancellations, deposits, riders emailing at 2am from another timezone.

Doing that year after year led me somewhere I didn't expect:

Most adventure companies don't need another website. They need a system.

A system that attracts the right travelers, captures them, follows up on its own, keeps the conversation alive, runs the campaigns, and turns interest into a booking. That's what I build.

And the website is where it starts — because everything else in the system points at it. A fast, clean, machine-readable site makes every dollar of advertising and every follow-up work harder. A slow one quietly wastes all of it.

02 · How I see the work

Nothing here is a separate service.

A campaign is not "advertising" and a website is not "design". They're links in one chain — and a chain is only worth its weakest link.

01

An ad on Meta or Google stops the right traveler mid-scroll…

02

…and sends them to a page that loads instantly and answers the question they actually have.

03

The page feeds a CRM — no lead sitting in an inbox waiting to be forgotten.

04

The CRM triggers follow-up that runs itself: email, WhatsApp, the right message at the right hour.

05

AI answers first, in minutes, in their language — because the traveler who waits two days books with someone else.

06

And all of it reports back what to fix next. That's the system — not five invoices from five vendors.

03 · On technology

I know these tools well enough to know when to leave them behind.

I've built on WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor for years. That's exactly why I don't hand them to clients anymore: plugins that break, updates that take the site down mid-season, and pages that take four seconds to load while a traveler with a credit card in hand gives up.

So what I deliver now is static — pages served from Cloudflare's edge. Nothing to hack, nothing to patch, nothing to slow down. The tooling behind the scenes (CRM, automation, AI, campaigns) stays as powerful as ever; the part your customer touches gets simple and instant.

I've also been building systems that produce marketing content at volume with AI — scripts, video, subtitles, editing, publishing and performance analysis, all wired together. Not because AI is fashionable. Because it removes the repetitive work, so a small operator can show up like a big one.

I don't build technology for technology's sake. I build systems that sell more adventures with less manual work.

04 · Why adventure tourism

Because I understand what's actually being sold.

Nobody is buying a motorcycle tour, a dive, a trek or a safari.

They're buying the feeling of finally doing the thing they've been dreaming about for years.

That changes everything about how the business should work. It's an expensive, emotional, once-in-a-decade decision made by someone half a world away who has never met you. Before they pay a deposit, they need to believe you're real, capable and worth it — and most of that belief is built by your website, your reviews and your follow-up, long before anyone talks to you.

I've spent years around that decision: the traveler, the emotion, the content that stops the scroll, the trust that has to exist before an expensive booking happens. That's the part no technical vendor can give you — and it's why I audit an adventure business differently than a generic agency would.

05 · What I build

Start with the site. Grow into the system.

Most clients begin with the website, because it's the piece that's costing them bookings today. The rest gets added when it's earning its keep.

Start here

Websites & digital experiences

Static rebuilds, landing pages and booking journeys — fast, schema-complete, built to be found by Google and by AI engines.

Next

CRM & automation

Lead capture, segmentation, follow-up sequences, WhatsApp and email journeys, sales pipelines that don't depend on anyone remembering.

Next

AI & content systems

AI-assisted content and video production, repurposing, and instant AI response to every inquiry that lands.

When it pays

Marketing & advertising

Google and Meta campaigns, creative testing, UGC, funnels, retargeting and conversion optimization.

The whole thing

Growth infrastructure

Every piece connected into one ecosystem — the same machine I run at MotoDreamer every day.

Always

The rule

One operator per niche, per market. I don't take motorcycle tour operators at all — that battlefield is MotoDreamer's, permanently.
